What we collect, why, and what we do with it.
When you fill out the contact form on this site, we collect your name, your company, your email address, the topic you’re interested in, and the message you wrote. That’s it. We don’t track you across the site, run analytics that identify individuals, or use cookies for advertising.
The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services (S3 and CloudFront). AWS may log standard request information (IP address, browser type, time of request) for security and performance — we don’t use this data for marketing.
To reply to your message. That’s the only purpose. We don’t add your details to a marketing database. We don’t sell, share, or rent your information. We don’t send unsolicited follow-ups.
Your contact form submission is sent to Formspree (formspree.io), the service that handles form delivery. Formspree forwards your submission to us by email and stores it temporarily on their systems. Formspree’s own privacy policy describes how they handle that data.
Your email then sits in our standard business inbox — which is hosted on Microsoft 365. That’s the same inbox a normal business email would arrive in.
We keep your message in our inbox for as long as the conversation is active. If a conversation goes nowhere, we’ll typically delete the original message within six months. If we end up working together, we’ll keep the record of how we started talking as part of the working relationship — and you can ask us to remove it at any time.
Under UK GDPR and equivalent regulations, you can ask us to: show you what we hold about you, correct anything that’s wrong, or delete it entirely. You can also withdraw consent to being contacted, and we’ll honour that immediately.
To exercise any of these rights, send us a message via the contact form. We’ll reply within a week.
If we change how we handle data — adding analytics, changing form processors, anything material — we’ll update this page and note the date below.
